History wil be made today when the most sophisticated vehicle is due to land on Mars. It can be viewed on live TV on YouTube and the NASA website. The Red Planet gets its colour from Iron Oxide and it is colder than earth. If you weigh 100 lbs on Earth you will weigh 38 lbs on Mars so a great place to lose weight! The robot car is not only sophisticated itself but it has its own helicopter attached.

While I was writing this post there was a successful landing of the Perseverance rover at 15:55 ET (20.55 GMT). It is the most ambitious mission yet to look for any signs of life on Mars.
