Miley Cyrus wrote an open letter to her “alter ego” Hannah Montana on March 24th to mark the 15th anniversary of the premiere of the Disney channel show that made her famous and become a pop star.
She played Miley Stewart an average 14-year-old girl that lives a double life as a superstar pop singer called Hannah Montana who wears a blond wig. Since it was a decade ago that the show stopped Miley Cyrus sent Hannah Montana (her role) a letter.
In the letter, Miley writes: “Although you are considered to be an ‘alter ego’ in reality, there was a time in my life when you held more of my identity in your glovette than I did in my bare hands.“

Miley says her co-stars Mitchel Musso, Emily Osment and Jason Earles became family to her since she saw them more than her real family. She only saw her father Billy Ray Cyrus, because he also starred on the show. The last song “Wherever I Go” in the Hannah Montana Show was a great hit for Miley Cyrus.
