One of our all-time favourite films is Titanic with Kate Winslet and Leonardo di Caprio. We only saw the alternative ending recently and we are glad that they did not use this ending. It would have ruined the film. It is almost comical!
We don’t think it is a great problem that Rose threw the diamond necklace in the ocean. The sailors should have just noted the location and in the future gone back and just scooped the necklace with a metal detector from the ocean.
The time is now! From 2021 you can go and see the RMS Titanic or what is left of the ‘indestructible’ ship that sank on 15th April 1912. Anyone can see what is left of the Titanic via a submersible. It is tiny and it will cost you an arm and a leg. Around £95,000 $125,000 €110,000 and you should not be frightened of diving 3,800 meters deep and spending 10 hours in a tiny submersible. It won’t be a romantic Jack and Rose trip!
From May to July 2021 there will be six missions to the wreckage of the RMS Titanic.
